• Tooride is a traveling platform that connects visitors and tour guides directly and allows them to order private tours online. It’s a new and convenient way to explore the world, particularly for international visitors who speak a different language or don't want to join a tour group.

MY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Product Strategies: Define product and audiences, as well as competitive landscape analysis.
Product Design:  User studies, information architecture, wireframes, UX&UI, VI,  prototypes,
Marketing creativity: Illustration, photography, print, video, email, landing page, copywriter(Chinese), and engagement tracking.
Business Operation: Business Development, enlist hosts.
